About
Jelino Walker
15 years in regulated IT taught me one thing: production means no surprises. I bring that discipline to AI systems.
From GxP validation to AI engineering
I spent fifteen years at the intersection of enterprise IT and regulated manufacturing — qualifying systems for GxP environments, rolling out infrastructure at scale, and making sure that every change that hit a production floor was documented, validated, and reversible.
That background shapes everything I build now. When I started working with large language models and multi-agent systems, I applied the same rigour I used to validate GxP systems. The tooling is different; the stakes are the same.
“I apply the same rigour I used to validate GxP systems to AI systems.”
Delivery discipline from enterprise IT is not a credential I hang on the wall — it is the foundation the AI work stands on.
Enterprise track record
This is not nostalgia. These are the environments where I learned what "production" actually means.
Johnson & Johnson
Xerox-to-Ricoh fleet migration across GMP sites. Zero unplanned downtime. Every device qualified before go-live.
MSD
GxP machine L3 support and Zebra barcode-scanner fleet rollout in controlled manufacturing areas.
Argenx
Windows 10 → 11 migration in a GMP environment — change-controlled, validated, on schedule.
